I have actually attended 3 courses with this company recently and half a dozen about 7 years ago. The facilities are clean and tidy and refreshments are provided free of charge. All of the trainers have been engaging and helpful and I would recommend the company to all. Thanx guys. - Micky Finn

From I arrived on site i was made to feel welcome and put at ease, Mr Cook had a wealth of experience and was supportive from start to finish of my course and made it clear if I had any issues or concerns that contact Him. Being at First class safety would have been my Fourth Re-registration and would have to say it was by far the best centre I have attended and am looking to plan my re-registration when it is up for renewal and have already recommended facility to other Instructors and Company's who require Lift Truck Training.

Location has free parking excellent position with only a stones through from the Motorway, with an outlet centre and Hotels in close proximity. - Christopher B Richards

I recently completed my NEBOSH General Certificate with First Class Safety Ltd, and I am very satisfied with my experience. The facilities were decent, providing a comfortable and well-equipped learning environment. The course was well-paced with an organised timetable.

The course instructor had a breadth of health and safety knowledge. The content was delivered in an informative, interesting and humorous way. Lots of opportunities for discussion and sharing of experiences. The tutor was clear, approachable, and always ready to answer any questions. The joining instructions were thorough, and the communication from the team was spot on—clear and consistent, both before, during, and after the course.

I'm happy to say I successfully passed my NEBOSH General Certificate.

First Class Support from First Class Safety! With their support I succeeded in gaining my NEBOSH Gen Cert when age was against me! A few wobbles along the way but Ian was there to support and guide me through it, and "get the old cogs" working again. I am a qualified RTITB instructor myself and have been for 7 years now, receiving training and guidance from Chris Richards has given me more insight and I've learned some new things to take away with me, Chris's knowledge and expertise in training has been very educational for me and would highly recommend him for any future training at our company.

I was a translator in the Forklift training provided by Chris Richardson. I would say he is the best instructor I have seen. He taught us not only the theory but also a wide range of practical skills in the maze, with different loads, and stacking and destacking loads from various levels.
