Novice, Refresher, Experienced Operator and Conversion Courses

We offer a wide range of courses for candidates with various experience.

Our Novice courses are designed for individuals who are new to operating forklifts. This covers covers essential topics such as forklift safety, basic operation techniques, understanding the controls, load handling, and general maintenance procedures. The aim is to equip novices with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a forklift safely and effectively in various workplace settings. This course is made up of both theoretical classroom sessions and practical hands-on training, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with forklifts in a controlled environment under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Our Refresher courses are designed for individuals who have a certification or previous experience operating forklifts but may need to refresh and update their skills and knowledge. These courses are beneficial for operators who have not used forklifts for an extended period or those who want to reinforce their understanding of safety protocols and operational techniques. Refresher courses are recommended for candidates with certification every 3 – 5 years.

Our Experienced Operator courses are designed for individuals who already possess a considerable amount of experience in operating forklifts but may want to enhance their skills, improve efficiency, or update their knowledge on the latest safety regulations and best practices. This course is recommended for candidates who have a certificate over 5 years old or who have had previous training but are unable to present a copy of their certification.

Our Conversion courses are designed for individuals who have experience operating one type of forklift and need to transition to operating a different type. This could involve switching between different classes of forklifts (e.g., moving from a counterbalance forklift to a reach truck) or adapting to a forklift with different features or attachments.
