Our ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register) Category 9 Management & Supervisors Awareness Course is designed to provide managers and supervisors with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively oversee and manage workplace operations involving industrial equipment and machinery.

This course focuses on enhancing understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment, operational safety, incident management, training and competence, and supervisory skills.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for overseeing operations involving mechanical handling equipment. This includes managers, supervisors, team leaders and health and safety officers.

Certification

Upon successful completion of assessments to demonstrate competency in skills and knowledge. Candidate’s will be registered onto TOPS with ITSSAR and receive certification.

It is recommended that candidates re-sit this course every 5 years.
